Brief Introduction Dispensary:

Dispensary was established to provide Medical facilities for Haffkine Institute employees and students.

• Dispensary Conducts Annual Medical Check-up of all employees and students of HITRT.
• Dispensary provides OPD Consultation & treatment for acute and chronic illness to employees, their relatives and students of HITRT.
• Haffkine Institute Dispensary provides Pre exposure prophylaxis vaccination facility to its employees and students for Hepatitis-B, Rabies, Tetanus, and Influenza.
• Dispensary provides ANC (Antenatal care) for HITRT employees and their family members.
• For Diabetic and Hypertensive patients, clinical parameters are checked periodically as well as diet counseling and treatment for the same is provided.
• Dispensary provides first aid facility and kit to all departments.
• Dressing of Wounds is done in dispensary.
• Dispensary conducts pre employment Medical checkup for employees and Apprentice (NATS).
• Dispensary provides medical Assistance to V.A.U. department during snake/ scorpion venom milking procedure.
